How long does it take for my bike or frame to ship?
Standard frames and components usually ship within 3-5 business days. For complete custom builds, please allow 2-3 weeks for our mechanics to professionally assemble, tune, and pack your bike for safe transit.
Do you offer international shipping for framesets?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or VAT upon arrival.
What is your return policy on components and apparel?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that complete bikes and custom-built wheels are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Sizing for our frames can be unique due to our geometry designs. We provide detailed size charts on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting us with your height and inseam measurements for a personalized recommendation.
Are Crust frames covered under warranty?
Yes, all Crust frames come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or modifications. Please retain your proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
Can I pick up my order in person?
If you are local, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. We will send you an email notification as soon as your order is ready at our warehouse facility.
