At Crust Bikes, we want to ensure you are stoked on your build, so we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes and custom wheelsets are final sale and cannot be returned.

Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the uninstalled components or frameset in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse; we recommend using a tracked service.
Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the items are in sellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus a restocking fee.
